Responsibilities: - Visit construction sites, dealers, contractors, and architects regularly to promote products. - Generate new leads and build long-term client relationships. - Achieve assigned monthly sales targets. - Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations at project sites. - Gather market and competitor information and report regularly. - Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and payment follow-ups. - Ensure customer satisfaction and handle client queries effectively. Requirements: - Education: Diploma / Graduate / B.E. / B.Tech / MBA (Marketing) or equivalent. - Experience: 0 to 4 years in sales of construction chemicals, paints, or building materials (freshers welcome). - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Must be comfortable with field work and frequent travel. - Positive attitude and target-driven approach.
