Job Title: Key Account Manager - Community Sales Experience: 4+ years in B2B2C Education: MBA preferred Location: Gurgaon Role Summary: You will build and manage partnerships with professional communities (doctors, lawyers, CAs, alumni networks, etc.) to drive adoption of the company's financial products. The role blends relationship management, community engagement, and revenue ownership. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and onboard professional networks and communities. - Build strong relationships with decision-makers. - Plan and run community events, webinars, and campaigns. - Drive product adoption and revenue through upsell/cross-sell. - Lead a team of Relationship Managers to convert users. - Own client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Requirements: - 4+ years in B2B2C / institutional / key account sales. - Strong stakeholder management & communication skills. - Self-starter with an ownership mindset. - Experience in financial products (preferred). - Comfortable with travel and on-ground activation.
