The ideal candidate should be passionate about the art of baking, possess in-depth knowledge of bakery techniques, and have the ability to inspire and train aspiring chefs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct practical and theoretical classes on Bakery, Confectionery, and Patisserie. Design and update curriculum as per industry standards. Supervise student activities during practical sessions. Guide students in developing professional baking skills and hygiene practices. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Participate in workshops, training sessions, and institute events. Ensure the upkeep of the bakery lab and equipment. Candidate Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Bakery, Patisserie, Culinary Arts, or Hotel Management. Minimum 2 years of professional experience in bakery/patisserie operations. Prior teaching or training experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and mentor students.
