Since its establishment in 2018, Revfin has been at the forefront of revolutionizing sustainable mobility, initially focusing on financing E3Ws and later expanding its scope to encompass various electric vehicles, including E2Ws, E4Ws, E-Trucks batteries, and charging stations. Sustainable mobility, ecosystem development, financial inclusion, social and financial empowerment form the core principles of Revfin, evidenced by its financing of over 70,000 vehicles across categories through 70+ OEM partners. Revfin's EV financing model has impacted 7 million lives in 25 states, where 26% of its customers being women. Furthermore, Revfin has ventured into electric vehicle leasing through collaborations with fleet aggregators, contributing significantly to the burgeoning ecommerce ecosystem and fleet management sector. Proactively involved in creating a robust secondary market, Revfin continues to strengthen its position as a pivotal player in sustainable mobility and inclusive finance. Role Overview: This role is for managing the collections of loans for EV (2W/ 3W/ 4W/ ZET) - Commercial vehicles. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in collections management, a strong understanding of vehicle financing products, and the ability to drive performance through strategic oversight. Key Responsibilities: - Delinquency Control: Oversee delinquency management for commercial vehicle loans on a national scale including Telecalling, Field Collections, legal recoveries - NPA Management: Develop and implement strategies to contain Non-Performing Assets (NPA) - Analytics and Reporting: Regularly present portfolio analytics and updates on delinquency and NPA status to senior management, including actionable insights and recommendations. - Team Recruitment and Development: Recruit and train collection managers at various levels (Bucket, HO, Area, Regional, and Zonal) to ensure effective collections operations. - Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Sales, Credit, and Operations teams to resolve customer issues swiftly and effectively. Prerequisites: - Experience in managing collections for MFI/TW/CV loans with exposure to multiple geographies is preferred - Problem-Solving and Innovation-Driven to work in an ambiguous environment - Proven track record of implementing successful collection strategies that align with business goals. - Passion for Sustainability and Social Impact - Tech-Savvy and Data-Driven Mindset - Interest in Fintech, Mobility, or Financial Services and ready to work for Bharat - Customer-Centric and Empathetic - Commitment to Growth - Team player with strong Communication Skills - Abide by our core values Honesty, Ownership and Transparency - Strong analytical skills to assess performance metrics related to collections - Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and stakeholder engagement. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
