Position Overview

we are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Business Development Manager - MSP Staffing Sales. This leadership role requires a seasoned expert with a deep understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem, a proven track record in sales and staffing, and the ability to drive business growth by building and maintaining strong industry relationships.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of opening new accounts ("logos"), nurturing existing relationships, and navigating the complex dynamics of the MSP world. Should have his own rolodex of contacts that he can immediately leverage and utilize.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

- Drive the acquisition of new clients (logos) and expand the company's presence in the MSP staffing market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to stay ahead of industry competition.

Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across MSPs, including account managers and program managers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and critical negotiations with MSP partners.
- Foster long-term partnerships that align with company goals and client needs.

Industry Expertise & Market Knowledge

- Leverage deep knowledge of the staffing and MSP industries to provide insights that shape sales strategies and business decisions.
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to position the company as a market leader.
- Advocate for compliance with MSP-specific norms, regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing mentorship, training, and performance management.
- Collaborate with internal departments (operations, recruitment, and finance) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Work on the opportunities to promote brand visibility.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and Business development within the staffing and MSP sectors.
- Proven ability to open new accounts and drive revenue growth in a competitive environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the MSP model, industry norms, VMS tools, and related compliance requirements.
- Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities.
- Leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams.
