*Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls. Solving queries, telling them about products *Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions*Regular follow up to convert the lead successful sale *Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise *Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile *Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way* Co-ordinate with technical team to resolve the customer questions and service related queries by customers. Minimum Requirement: Good Communication Skills Marathi & Hindi Good Problem-solving skills over the call High energy levelRequired Skills and Competencies Technical Skills CRM Proficiency: Ability to use tools like Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar software to manage leads. Telephonic Communication: Clear, confident, and persuasive speaking ability. Sales Skills: Strong closing techniques and persuasive selling methods. Basic Computer Knowledge: Familiarity with MS Office, spreadsheets, and email communication. Analytical Skills Ability to assess customer needs and match them with appropriate products or services. Understanding call metrics and conversion data to improve performance. Soft Skills Communication Skills: Excellent verbal fluency and listening skills to understand customer needs. Negotiation: Ability to handle objections and convince customers. Time Management: Efficiently handling multiple calls and follow-ups in a day.
