Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.Explain Vistonia's services clearly and persuasively.Understand the needs of business owners and suggest suitable solutions.Schedule consultations or meetings for senior advisors.Follow up with interested leads regularly.Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, and lead status.Achieve daily and weekly call targets and conversions.Maintain a professional and friendly tone on calls.Requirements:Fluent communication in Marathi and Hindi (basic English is a plus).Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.Confident, polite, and clear speaking ability.Basic understanding of business, startups, or marketing (training provided).Prior telecalling or customer interaction experience is a bonus.Required Skills & Competencies 1. Communication Skills Clear and confident verbal communication. Ability to explain products and services effectively over the phone. Active listening skills to understand customer needs. 2. Sales & Negotiation Skills Persuasive skills to convince potential clients and close deals. Ability to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services. Target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs. 3. Customer Service Orientation Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Ability to handle customer objections and complaints gracefully. Focus on creating a positive customer experience. 4. Organizational & Time Management Skills Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously. Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales reports. Prioritize tasks effectively to meet daily and weekly targets. 5. Technical Skills Basic knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Word), and telecommunication tools. Comfortable using phone systems, email, and online platforms for outreach.
