Introduction We are looking for a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive to join our sales team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with potential and existing customers over the phone, explaining products or services, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle sales targets effectively. This role requires a customer-focused approach while ensuring a high conversion rate and maintaining customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities1. Outbound Sales Calls Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services. Explain the features, benefits, and pricing details clearly and persuasively. Build interest and convince prospects to make a purchase or book an appointment. Follow up on leads provided by the company and self-generated prospects. 2. Lead Generation & Conversion Generate qualified leads through effective telecalling techniques. Maintain a steady flow of prospects in the sales funnel by reaching daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Convert inquiries into confirmed sales by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions. Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services wherever applicable. 3. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Build trust and rapport with customers through polite and professional communication. Handle customer objections, queries, and concerns effectively. Provide detailed product information and resolve doubts patiently. Maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. 4. Database & CRM Management Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system. Log call details, follow-up actions, and conversion status properly. Segment customers based on preferences, buying potential, and interests for personalized communication. Track leads from initial inquiry to conversion to ensure a seamless sales process. 5. Target Achievement Achieve individual and team-based sales targets consistently. Contribute to overall business revenue growth by increasing conversions. Stay motivated and committed to achieving key performance metrics. Support the team during campaigns and promotions to maximize sales opportunities. 6. Reporting & Feedback Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call performance, leads generated, and conversions achieved. Share customer feedback and insights with management to improve products and processes. Participate in regular review meetings to discuss performance and strategies. 7. Teamwork & Collaboration Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align telecalling strategies. Support colleagues by sharing successful pitching techniques and client insights. Contribute actively to brainstorming sessions to improve conversion rates. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.Required Skills & Competencies1. Communication Skills Excellent verbal communication in English and local languages. Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities. Clear, polite, and confident phone etiquette. Active listening skills to understand customer needs. 2. Sales & Negotiation Skills Ability to convince prospects and handle rejections positively. Knowledge of telesales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies. Target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business goals. Experience in upselling and cross-selling is an added advantage. 3. Technical & CRM Skills Basic knowledge of computer operations and MS Office tools. Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. Ability to handle bulk data efficiently and maintain updated records. Comfort in using telecalling tools, dialers, and email platforms. 4. Organizational & Time Management Skills Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently. Prioritize leads and focus on high-conversion prospects. Meet deadlines and maintain productivity during peak hours. Handle workload effectively while ensuring quality communication. 5. Personal Attributes Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented. Positive attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Professional, ethical, and customer-centric approach.
