About the Role:
FX Master is a fast-growing FinTech product company revolutionizing cross-border fund transfers and IT-enabled financial solutions. We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in IT Services / FinTech sales to acquire new clients, build strong relationships, and drive revenue growth.
This role is ideal for a Sales Hunter who thrives on generating new business, closing deals, and helping customers solve business challenges with innovative fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise, mid-market, and SME clients.
Lead the entire sales cycle: outreach, meetings, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies to secure new business logos.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to enable repeat and expanded business.
Collaborate with internal delivery and compliances teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction.
Stay updated on fintech and digital transformation trends to consult customers effectively.
Report pipeline status, sales forecasts, and market insights to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills:
38 years of experience in IT Services / FinTech / SaaS sales.
Proven track record as a Sales Hunter with ability to generate new revenue.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience selling to enterprise, mid-market, and MSMEs.
Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud, and financial IT solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or in a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
