Their highly trained fleet of sales engineers offers technical solutions beyond mere product distribution. Role Description This is a full-time office Job at MBP Navi Mumbai and without any filed visit and target. Key Responsibilities:- Technical Support Explain the technical details of target products and their applications to potential customers. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Team to build relationships and pitch for future. Sales opportunities. Customer Relationship Management Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Proactively reach out via phone calls and social media to engage customers and generate future sales inquiries. Sales Processing Review RFQs (Request for Quotations), clarify technical details, and prepare accurate quotations. Follow up on pending quotations, ensuring timely responses and success in closing deals. Coordinate with the Regional Sales Team for timely actions and sales progress. Prepare purchase orders for materials needed by the store or customer. Sales Calling/ Mail Make outbound calls or send a mail to potential customers to introduce the company and products. Set appointments for detailed discussions, ensuring strong customer engagement. Maintain detailed records of sales calls and interactions. Sales Planning Aggregate and analyze data from company and individual sales figures. Develop Annual and Monthly Sales Plans, including contact details of current and potential customers in target industries. Qualifications - Technical Support skills. - Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering skills. - Any graduate with 1 to 3 years experience is Sales/ sales Support. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently. - Experience in selling mechanical and electrical industrial products will be considered an added advantage.
