Job Description Skills: Technical Sales, Product Sales, MV panels, Solution Selling, Salesforce, Customer Needs Analysis, Job Description: Sales Engineer/Executive for Medium Voltage (MV) Panels: Roles & Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets for MV Panels and Retrofit Solutions. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. - Understand customer needs and requirements to provide effective solutions. - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. - Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services. - Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. - Collaborate with team members to achieve better results. - Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments. - Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts. - Manage and report on customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements - Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the electrical or related industry. - Knowledge of MV Panels and Siemens MV Breaker/Panel Spares and Retrofit Solutions. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build rapport with customers. - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. - Good time management and planning skills. - Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
