Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager in the TASC and GB Segment at Equitas Small Finance Bank, located in Haryana Territory. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned territory, develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets, and identify opportunities to enhance customer relationships. Key responsibilities also include leading and training sales teams, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting organizational objectives. Qualifications - Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and customer acquisition strategies - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and stakeholders - Experience in Customer Service and fostering client relationships - Ability to conduct Training sessions and mentor sales teams - Understanding of the banking or financial services industry is a plus - Strong organizational and analytical skills to meet business targets - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
