Key deliverables:
1. Manage end-to-end monthly employee incentive processing ensuring accuracy and compliance
2. Provide payroll and ESOP data for audits and respond to audit queries promptly
3. Identify and control leakage in incentive payouts through analysis and process improvements
4. Maintain accurate records and continuously improve incentive processing efficiency
Role responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with business teams to gather performance data and validate payroll inputs
2. Implement checks and controls to ensure integrity of incentive payouts
3. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices related to payroll and incentives
4. Support HR team on incentive-related queries and contribute to payroll and compensation operations
