Job Title BDE Location Hubli Job Type Full-Time Experience 2-3 Years Industry AV Integration IT Hardware Networking Consumer Electronics Home Appliances We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven with 2-3 years of experience in AV integration IT hardware networking solutions and consumer electronics home appliances The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building client relationships and driving sales to achieve revenue targets Key Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients in the AV IT hardware networking and home appliance sectors Promote and sell solutions including AV systems networking devices IT hardware and consumer electronics Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients Develop and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop customized solutions Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and customer feedback Qualifications Skills Master s degree in Business Electronics IT or related field preferred 2-3 years of proven experience in sales within AV IT networking or consumer electronics sectors Strong understanding of AV integration IT infrastructure and networking solutions Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Preferred Experience Proven AV sales experience including B2B and or project-based selling Experience in dealing with retail chains system integrators or corporate clients Familiarity with smart home systems and IoT-enabled appliances Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location In person
