The team blends speed with quality to deliver reliable outcomes without compromise. Role description Fulltime, remote Business Development Associate (Fresher) in Ghaziabad. Work closely with sales and marketing to generate demand, qualify leads, schedule demos, and support closures while learning consultative selling and account management. Overview This entrylevel role fits motivated freshers who learn fast, communicate clearly, and follow a simple consultative process to turn first conversations into qualified meetings and early deals. Key responsibilities - Hit weekly activity goals: targeted calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, meetings booked, and demos scheduled. - Research target accounts, identify buying roles, and build clean prospect lists for campaigns. - Qualify inbound and outbound leads, capture needs, and route complex opportunities to senior reps. - Run basic discovery, share approved collaterals, support proposals, and manage followups. - Keep the CRM updated daily with notes, stages, next steps, and forecast hygiene. - Nurture relationships with prospects and existing accounts; coordinate smooth handoffs to delivery/CS. Performance metrics - Daily: outreach volume, response rate, and CRM hygiene score. - Weekly: qualified meetings and salesaccepted opportunities created. - Monthly: pipeline generated and revenue influenced/closed with senior support. Qualifications - Fresh graduate or up to 1 year experience; strong written and verbal communication in English/Hindi. - High ownership, resilience, and a learning mindset; comfortable with cold outreach and objections. - Familiarity with any CRM or willingness to learn quickly; Google Sheets/Excel proficiency is a plus. Compensation and timeline - Month 1: Unpaid training and worktrial with daily coaching, scripts, and clear activity targets. - From Month 2: Paid employment begins; base salary and incentives will be decided based on Month1 performance (activity consistency, quality of meetings, qualified pipeline, and any early revenue). - Incentives may include permeeting bonuses, peropportunity bonuses, and commissions on closed revenue. Note - Confirmation and compensation from Month 2 are contingent on meeting Month1 targets and demonstrating job readiness; full details will be issued in the offer/confirmation letter. Nicetohave - Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Prior internship/projects in sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship.
