We are looking for a passionate and creative Business Associate who can contribute to our growth by planning impactful social media strategies and strengthening our brand presence.Key Responsibilites:Assist in developing and executing monthly social media calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , etc.).Research trends, competitor activities, and content strategies to ensure fresh and engaging content.Collaborate with the founder and creative team to conceptualize campaign ideas aligned with brand goals.Support in managing influencer collaborations, partnerships, and customer engagement campaigns.Track and analyze social media metrics to provide insights and suggestions for improvement.Contribute to brand-building initiatives such as storytelling, community engagement, and brand voice development.Assist in brainstorming marketing campaigns, offline promotions, and community-driven activities.Conduct basic market research to identify opportunities for growth and brand positioning.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (graduate or final-year student may also apply).Strong understanding of social media platforms and latest digital trends.Creative thinker with good communication and writing skills.Ability to multitask, plan, and implement projects efficiently.Prior internship or experience in social media marketing, branding, or startup environments is a plus.Skills We Value:Social media planning and content ideationMarket research and competitor analysisCreative problem-solvingStrong organizational and execution abilitiesPassion for startups, brand-building, and women’s health/wellnessWhat We Offer:Opportunity to work closely with the founder on impactful projects.Exposure to brand-building in a fast-moving startup environment.Creative freedom to contribute ideas and shape campaigns.Learning and growth opportunities in digital marketing and entrepreneurship.
