Role Description The MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) Head will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of MICE events, ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include liaising with clients, developing customized event solutions, managing budgets, coordinating with vendors, and supervising on-site event logistics. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam. Qualifications - Experience in managing large-scale events, including meetings, incentive programs, conferences, and exhibitions. - Strong organizational and project management skills to oversee multiple events and ensure timely delivery. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and teams. - Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the MICE division. - Ability to manage budgets, analyze costs, and make financially sound decisions under tight deadlines. - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique and memorable event experiences. - Willingness to travel as part of the job requirements. - Previous experience in the travel, tourism, or events sector is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is desirable.
