Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Bengaluru. The Sales Professional will be responsible for generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, presenting properties to potential clients, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role also includes understanding customer needs, providing expert advice on properties, and ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Market research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
