Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Professional located in Pune. The Sales Professional will be responsible for generating leads, identifying sales opportunities, meeting sales targets, and building relationships with clients. Key day-to-day tasks include scheduling and attending meetings, giving product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and providing after-sales support. They will also collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the healthcare and insurance industry is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
- Customer service skills and a client-oriented approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English and local language(s)
