The I.T. sales professionals hold the sale of software, hardware & I.T. services mainly with commercial clients.

The three primary stages of I.T. sales cycle:

- Pre-sales
- Sales
- Technical support.

Sales stage involves negotiations about pricing and other contractual provisions for example installation, warranties, etc. Once a sale was final, the I.T. sales expert will provide user guidance and training, technical support, system maintenance, repairs and product replacements in agreement with granted warranties.

Additional activities comprise the preparation and regeneration of service agreements, administering system & hardware updates, & advising clients on new and active enterprise solutions.
