Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role located in Bengaluru. The Sales Professional will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their property needs, and offering tailored property solutions. Daily tasks include conducting property tours, negotiating sales agreements, liaising with legal and financial institutions, and maintaining client relationships. The role requires a proactive approach to sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to meet sales targets consistently.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct property tours and detailed presentations
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and property laws
  • Experience with CRM software and other sales tools
  • Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and cater to client needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate sales is an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
