Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore for a Luxury Real Estate Sales Specialist. The role focuses on engaging with potential clients to understand their investment goals, present curated property options, and guide them through the buying process. You'll be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, converting interest into qualified meetings, and steadily moving prospects down the sales funnel. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, handling client inquiries with professionalism, maintaining strong client relationships, and sharing timely market insights. The position involves consistent client interactionboth virtual and in-personalong with participation in sales training sessions, internal collaborations, and the execution of strategic sales initiatives. Ultimately, your role is to ensure that every potential client moves one step closer to ownershipthrough trust, clarity, and well-informed guidance. Qualifications - Proven sales experience; real estate sales is a strong advantage. - Fluent spoken and written English essential for engaging with international clients. - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and address their needs - Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to achieve targets and execute strategic plans - Experience in Training and team collaboration to foster a productive and high-performing environment - Proactive problem-solving abilities and adaptability to dynamic market conditions - A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred - Ability to travel locally (Indore) and handle overseas clients virtually. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with high-pressure, high-reward environments. What you will do: - Lead generation & outreach engage in cold calling, prospecting, and following up with potential clients across India and Dubai. - Client relationship management build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both domestic and overseas clients. - Consultative selling understand client needs, recommend high-ticket luxury properties, and conduct professional site/property presentations. - Negotiation & closing confidently handle objections, negotiate terms, and close premium property deals. - Market awareness stay updated on real estate trends in India and Dubai to advise clients with authority and credibility. - Reporting & tracking manage leads, pipeline, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel to ensure transparency and accountability.
