Valion operates in Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Singapore. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Residential Sales Specialist. The selected individual will be responsible for new business development and sales, managing accounts, and providing training and advisory services. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, promoting residential real estate properties, managing client relationships, and delivering presentations and training sessions to potential buyers and sellers. Qualifications - New Business Development and Sales skills - Residential Real Estate experience - Account Management and Client Relationship skills - Training and Advisory skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is preferred
