Job Overview We are seeking a Junior Residential Real Estate professional to join our expanding team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time role requiring 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating property inquiries, conducting market analyses, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure a seamless real estate experience for our clients. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential real estate sales and practices, with a strong understanding of property buying processes. Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Proficient in property valuation techniques to help clients make informed decisions regarding investments. Experience in real estate market analysis is essential to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace. (Mandatory skill) Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage client interactions and data efficiently. (Mandatory skill) Familiarity with luxury sales tactics to cater to high-end clients and ensure premium service delivery. (Mandatory skill) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong knowledge of Gurgaons residential property market is preferred to provide valuable insights and advice to clients. Roles and Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients to understand their property needs and recommend suitable residential options. Conduct thorough real estate market research to identify viable opportunities and present findings to potential buyers. Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and personalized service offerings. Facilitate site visits and meetings between clients and developers for a better property understanding. Assist clients in interpreting property documents and provide guidance during the closure meetings for smooth transactions. Utilize negotiation skills to ensure clients receive the best possible deals on selected properties. Manage and update client data through CRM systems to enhance service delivery and maintain accurate records. Stay informed about the latest real estate trends and market conditions to offer timely advice to clients.
