**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties to prospective clients.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and investment goals.
- Conduct property showings, presentations, and site visits to highlight project features and benefits.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the client and the company.
- Stay informed about real estate market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and other business development strategies.
- Collaborate effectively with brokers, channel partners, and other real estate professionals to maximize sales opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service and sales growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive market environment.

**Performance Goals**:

- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Establish credibility as a trusted real estate advisor by staying up-to-date with market insights and developments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
