Job Description We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies and campaign management. This role requires a creative thinker who can analyze market trends and consumer behavior to drive effective marketing initiatives. Responsibilities - Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. - Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities. - Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, and traditional marketing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create promotional materials and campaigns. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed. - Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns. - Experience with content creation, copywriting, and graphic design is a plus.
