Business Development Manager the Role:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our B2B sales efforts and strategically expand our digital client portfolio. This is a field-oriented role for a proactive individual who excels at prospecting, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be instrumental in driving growth by securing new clients and forging strategic partnerships in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Sales Strategy:

- Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B clients through market research, networking, and leveraging our existing database.

- Initiate and lead client meetings to present our digital services, understand client needs, and close sales.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to achieve business goals across target industries.

- Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, providing regular updates and performance reports to leadership.

Partnership Development & Relationship Management:

- Identify, pursue, and secure new partnership opportunities that align with and complement our business objectives.

- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Actively participate in industry conferences, exhibitions, and networking events to build a strong professional network and enhance company visibility.

Market Analysis & Reporting:

- Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving client needs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and creative solutions that address client requirements.

- Provide data-driven insights and detailed reports on sales activities, lead progression, and market intelligence to inform strategic & Experience

- Bachelors and Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management, with a preference for candidates from a service-based industry.

- Prior experience in digital marketing or a related field is a significant advantage.

Skills & Attributes:

- Exceptional Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate persuasively in verbal, written, and presentation formats.

- Strong Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in prospecting, nurturing, and closing deals.

- Strategic Relationship Builder: Innate ability to establish trust, credibility, and rapport with clients and partners.

- Proactive & Goal-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for achieving sales targets.

- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.

Personal Qualities:

- A self-motivated and action-oriented individual capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Comfortable with frequent travel (50% or more) to meet clients and attend industry events.
