Company Website: https://www.alchemistindia.net/ Roles and Responsibilities Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Event Planning and Execution: Plan, organize, and execute diverse events, including corporate meetings, product launches, and promotional activities. Coordinate all aspects of event logistics, from venue selection and setup to catering, audio-visual requirements, and on-site management. 2. Attendee Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance attendee experience and engagement during events. 3. Vendor and Supplier Management: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of services. Manage relationships with event-related partners, negotiating favourable terms and maintaining a high level of professionalism. 4. Budget Oversight: Develop and manage event budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring cost effectiveness. Provide regular updates on budget status, identifying areas for optimization and cost savings. 5. Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-event evaluations, gathering feedback from attendees and stakeholders to assess overall success. Prepare comprehensive reports analyzing key performance indicators and providing insights for continuous improvement. Skills Required: 1. Event Coordination Skills: Demonstrated experience in planning and executing a variety of events, with a focus on attention to detail and precision. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 2. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proficient in written and verbal communication, capable of creating engaging and persuasive event content. 3. Creativity and Innovation: Creative thinking and innovation to develop unique and memorable event concepts and experiences. Ability to adapt and think on your feet, finding creative solutions to challenges that may arise during events. 4. Time Management: Efficient time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
