Position: Event Management Intern
Location: FitClub, Gurgaon
Duration: Internship - 3 Months

FitClub is a premium fitness destination dedicated to promoting health, wellness, and community engagement. Alongside state-of-the-art facilities, we host regular events, workshops, and fitness challenges to inspire and connect with our members.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Management Intern to assist in planning, organizing, and executing events at FitClub. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fitness, wellness, and creating engaging experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating fitness events,and member engagement activities.
- Support the events team with logistics, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
- Contribute creative ideas for enhancing member participation and event visibility.
- Manage on-ground execution and ensure smooth flow of events.
- Handle pre-event and post-event communication with members.
- Support in preparing event reports, feedback collection, and analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for event promotions (social media, posters, etc.).
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Passion for fitness, health, and wellness is a plus.
- Flexible to work on weekends as most events are member-focused.
