Job Description About The Role We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead the overall sales function at SIONIQ Tech. This role requires strong experience in SaaS sales, B2B enterprise selling, end-to-end revenue ownership, and managing multi-level sales teams. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a proven track record of scaling SaaS revenue. Key Responsibilities - Own the entire sales function including strategy, execution, revenue targets, and team performance. - Build and implement scalable SaaS & B2B sales strategies to drive consistent growth. - Lead, mentor, and manage regional sales managers, BDMs, and inside sales teams. - Set clear KPIs, manage performance, and maintain a high-performance sales culture. - Oversee full end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closures for enterprise and mid-market clients. - Analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and present insights to leadership. - Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion segments. - Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer-first solutions. - Train sales teams on product, pitch, negotiation, and objection handling. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and CXO-level stakeholders. - Ensure pipeline health, CRM hygiene, and structured reporting. Requirements - 1015 years of experience in SaaS sales + B2B enterprise sales. - Proven track record of leading multi-level sales teams and achieving revenue targets. - Strong experience in sales strategy, forecasting, and pipeline management. - Ability to manage high-value deals and long sales cycles. - Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. - Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). - Fluent in English, Hindi, & Telugu. - Strong market knowledge and ability to drive expansion across regions. Preferred Skills - Experience in scaling a SaaS company or launching new sales verticals. - Strong analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making. - Ability to create training frameworks and build a strong sales culture. - Experience in enterprise-level solution selling.
