The Head of Sales will oversee the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive business growth. Responsibilities include guiding team members, analyzing market trends, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term client relationships to expand Scooboo's market presence. Qualifications - Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to achieve targets effectively and devise strategies to increase revenue - Proficiency in Account Management to maintain and grow key client partnerships - Exceptional Team Management skills to lead and motivate the sales force - Experience in retail, e-commerce, or a related field is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred - Strong communication and negotiation abilities, with a results-driven mindset
