Position: Inside Sales Executive (1+ Years Experience)

Location: Santacruz, Mumbai (On-site)

We're seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our high-energy team in Mumbai.

- In this role, you'll engage high-intent inbound leads from across India, guiding parents through the buying journey and driving revenue through consultative sales, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Your day-to-day will involve calling, messaging, and emailing prospects, analyzing their needs, pitching flagship courses, and managing your sales pipeline via CRM tools.

- A deep understanding of our pedagogy and success stories is essential to deliver compelling pitches. You'll also work closely with support, marketing, and product teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and feedback loop.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of B2C inside sales or customer success (EdTech preferred)

- Fluent in English & Hindi with excellent communication skills

- Proven sales performance and CRM proficiency

- 6-day work week readiness

- High empathy and consultative approach
