We're Hiring: Business Head We are seeking an accomplished Business Head with 10 to 12 years of experience, based in Bangalore, who has successfully led teams across multiple clients and industry verticals. He or she must also have digital expertise. The role demands a strong business development focusidentifying growth opportunities, building client relationships, and actively contributing to the agency's revenue and brand expansion goals. The candidateshould have also successfully overseen end-to-end website projects and can join us within 30 to 45 days. Also, a strong connection to traditional Indian values and cultural sensibilities is essential, as we seek to create campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences while staying true to our rich heritage. Total work experience of 10 to 12 years. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Head at a reputed advertising or digital agency. 3. Proven experience in Business Development. 4. Strong understanding of brand strategy and experience in campaign management 5. Solid grasp of digital marketing practices and trends. 6. Experience in managing end-to-end website development projects (preferred). 7. Prior experience in handling the Indian market. 8. Based in Bangalore (open to candidates willing to relocate). 9. Salary and remuneration to be discussed in person. Key Responsibilities: Process, Systems, and Quality Control 1. Optimize internal processes to drive efficiency and enhance output. 2. Design and implement robust project workflows and approval frameworks. 3. Establish stringent quality assurance protocols across all deliverables. Business Development 1. Uncover growth opportunities within the existing client portfolio. 2. Take ownership of new business pitches and lead them to successful outcomes. 3. Develop persuasive proposals and engaging pitch decks that win clients. 4. Play an active role in shaping and executing the agency's strategic growth initiatives. 5. Craft tailored, results-driven proposals that resonate with client objectives. Industry Awareness & Innovation 1. Stay at the forefront of media trends, technological advancements, and evolving consumer behaviors. 2. Translate industry insights into actionable ideas for both, for clients as well as for internal teams. Digital Landscape & Integration 1. Remain ahead of the curve on digital marketing, including social, programmatic, SEO/SEM, and influencer marketing. 2. Advise clients on optimal digital strategies aligned with business and campaign goals. 3. Integrate digital tactics into overarching marketing strategies for cohesive, cross-platform execution. 4. Partner with digital, media, and performance teams to champion data-led decision-making. 5. Analyze key performance indicators (CTR, CPC, conversions, engagement, etc.) to drive campaign optimization. 6. Map and influence the digital customer journey for maximum impact. 7. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, HubSpot, and marketing automation platforms to monitor and refine digital efforts.
