Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of   India Business Head for a reputed MNC Company in Power Semiconductor Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
  • Responsible for keeping the company existing business and developing the new business in India.
  • Must be effective at job schedule planning with highly self-managed manner in the daily work.
  • Work closely with the local distributors but be able to manage and conduct direct contact with the end customers.

Our products include: 

  1. IGBT Module 
  2. Diode Module 
  3. Thyristor Module 
  4. Silicon Carbide (SiC) 
  5. Gallium Nitride (GaN)

Age

Candidates Profile:

  • Multiple years of sales and new business development experiences in the power semiconductor. Willing to work individually as a pioneer employee for the company.
  • Overall the candidate must be able to perform the capability to grow the India market for the company.
  • Bachelor degree is a must with preferred engineering major.
  • Experience of intensive business travelling is necessary as frequent customer visit and self-organized travel planning are required in this assignment.
  • Excellent of written and oral English ability with acceptable Hindi communication skill.
