Your Tasks Strategic HR Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business strategy Act as a strategic partner to the executive team providing insights and recommendations on HR-related issues Annual Business Planning Budgeting Developing Manpower Plans in line with ABP Detailed General Expense build up for all people related costs Keep track of cost utilization on personnel expenses against plans Forecast cost scenarios for various investment opportunities regarding the workforce Talent Acquisition Conceptualize employer branding strategies to position Beiersdorf India as a great place to work Build talent pipelines for current and future business needs Design and drive the adoption of consistent recruiting interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience Manage external partnerships with campuses job boards and recruitment partners Talent Management Articulate Design and Implement the Talent Management Framework Lead Potential Identification Talent Review and Succession Planning cycles Design Approach for development of talent in line with Diversity Equity and Inclusion objectives Workforce Planning to identify strategic capabilities required for the organization to meet the growth agenda Total Rewards Compensation and Benefits Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent Salary Benchmarking Conduct regular market surveys to ensure compensation structures are competitive in the healthcare FMCG space Reward and Recognition Programs Develop reward programs to recognize and reward employees for their contributions and achievements Performance Management Anchor the performance management process Managing sales incentive and Variable pay plan for the organization Provide solutioning to HR Team basis insights and analytics of people data and drive people related decisions Compliance Legal Compliance Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations including maintaining statutory records and ensuring timely submissions Policy Development Develop update and enforce company HR policies in alignment with labor regulations Health and Safety Implement health safety and welfare standards to comply with regulations and ensure employee well-being Your Profile Master s Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field Min of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience Experience in HR Functions like Talent Acquisition Talent Management Leadership Development Organization Design and Effectiveness Performance Management Total Rewards is a plus Good understanding of and experience in Org Culture crafting ways of working and embedding that across the hire to retire cycle and across all touchpoints of employee experience Experience in working with global and diverse teams is preferred Personal Attributes Ability to smoothly navigate the system understand the corporate culture and handle ambiguity without building frustration Excellent people and leadership skills with exposure to dynamic and challenging business environments Strong business orientation with the ability to challenge the status quo and execution excellence At Beiersdorf we want to help people feel good about their skin - and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin For 140 years we have developed innovative skin and body care products for well-known brands such as NIVEA Eucerin La Prairie Hansaplast and Labello We act according to our purpose WE CARE BEYOND SKIN and take responsibility for our consumers our employees the environment and society Behind every brand every product and every accomplishment are our more than 20 000 employees It is for them that we live a culture of inclusion respect and trust that is strongly aligned with our values CARE COURAGE SIMPLICITY and TRUST We embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all Additional information Please apply online via the Beiersdorf Career site until 30th Sept 25
