Job Description

Location: Chennai

Title: Vice President

Experience Level: Senior Leadership (12+ years)

Key Responsibilities

- Spearhead Quality Control initiatives across onboarding and review lifecycles (KYC, AML compliance).
- Manage operations to ensure efficient processes, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business leaders, SMEs) and external stakeholders (vendors/service providers) to align with business objectives.
- Develop KPIs to measure operational effectiveness using data-driven insights and technology.
- Lead a high-performing team by providing coaching, guidance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Drive process optimization for complex regulatory processes within Corporate and Investment Banking.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to customer experience.
- Manage attrition through retention initiatives in collaboration with HR.
- Contribute to strategy-setting, resource planning, and policy development while delivering continuous improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in financial services with a focus on KYC/AML in Corporate or Investment Banking domains.
- Proven track record in managing large operational teams and driving performance improvements.
- Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience in process optimization for regulatory-driven operations.
