The result is total organizational transformation and agility, preparing organizations to succeed in a value based healthcare world.We are seeking a hands-on highly qualified Vice President EHR Product Solutions who can lead and provide architectural and technical leadership and direction for the successful development, delivery and support of current and future product solutions.The Vice President EHR Product Solutions will work with product managers, implementation and professional services team leads, support personnel, and third-party vendors to ensure quality and delivery SLAs are consistently maintained. The Vice President EHR Product Solutions will represent the company with customers and key stakeholders to discuss technology direction.Responsibilities- Design and oversee the creation of standardized frameworks and methodologies for implementing and deploying software solutions.- Ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability of all implemented projects.- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets and risk management plans.- Define clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation for each project.- Lead the improvement of technical teams, including their skills, processes, and tools.- Adapt effectively to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges.- Establish and enforce consistent coding standards and architectural patterns.- Reduce manual effort and improve the speed and reliability of deployments.- Promote reusability and maintainability of code.- Conduct regular reviews of proposed solutions with stakeholders (Clients, Product Managers, Engineers, etc.) to ensure alignment with requirements, feasibility, and best practices.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members in overcoming challenging technical obstacles.- Identify and mitigate potential risks early in the development process.- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to software development and delivery.- Attract, develop, and retain top talent.- Provide valuable input into the product roadmap based on insights gained from implementation experience.- Build and maintain strong relationships with client technical teams and third-party vendors.The following capabilities are a must for this position:-- Strategic leadership- Delivery management- Customer focus- Team structureIt would be nice that the candidate possess the following:-- Product company experience- Risk management- Quality management approach- Security expertise- Resource planningQualifications:- Minimum ten (10) years' experience in a senior technology role with a SaaS product-based technology company.- Minimum ten (10) years software development- Minimum five (5) years in a team lead or managerial role in Microsoft. NET/SQL Server Environment, AWS, Cloud,- Mobile technologies like Flutter, API First thinking.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
