Job Overview: We’re looking for an experienced Fund Manager – Fixed Income to lead our fixed income strategies and portfolios. This is a rare opportunity to build and shape the fixed income platform at one of India’s fastest-growing wealth-tech firms, and to create meaningful impact for investors. Key Responsibilities: - Lead fixed income strategies across various mandates - Design and manage portfolios balancing returns, risk, and liquidity - Analyze markets and macro trends – from RBI policies to global shifts – and translate them into actionable strategies - Select securities across government bonds, corporate debt, money markets, and structured products - Engage with stakeholders – investment committees, rating agencies, issuers, and clients - Mentor and guide junior analysts and team members What We’re Looking For - 10+ years of proven experience in fixed income fund management at AMC, PMS, AIF, or wealth firms - Strong expertise in macro research, credit evaluation, and duration strategies - Track record of delivering consistent alpha across market cycles - Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI) - Exceptional analytical skills and first-principles mindset - Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders Preferred Background - MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, or equivalent qualification - Experience managing meaningful AUM in fixed income products Why Join Us - Shape Dezerv’s fixed income investment platform from the ground up - Work with a high-caliber founding and leadership team - Fast-growing wealth-tech backed by marquee investors - Culture built on meritocracy, ownership, and innovation
