**Description**
The role holder should have been responsible for leading finance/ operations of the startup OR experience in a venture capital firm. Experience in fundraising, portfolio management, and deal sourcing.
She/he must have exposure towards raising funds through LPs, which will assist in the portfolio company’s growth and success. She/ he should have experience sourcing, leading, negotiating, and managing the firm’s investments until deployment in sector-agnostic Indian tech startups. She/ he must have led a team.

**Requirements**:
Fundraising through LPs (HNI/ UHNI/ Family Offices/ Institutions)
Monitor financial and operational conditions and industry dynamics of all portfolio companies and understand investment capital structure and shareholder rights to analyze portfolio and assist with quarterly reviews
Supporting existing portfolio company investments through ongoing analysis and review with other investment professionals in the firm
Proactively work with the management and board of portfolio companies (in a board observer capacity) to execute growth and operational improvement strategies
Develop an “informed perspective” of assigned sectors, including managing and building brand and relationships with VC firms, startup accelerators, founders, and other members of the venture ecosystem.
Create a strategy and action plan for sustainable sourcing of investment opportunities
Quarterbacking all stages of private capital investment, including product-specific diligence, market analysis, conducting primary and secondary research, development of investment themes, modeling, due diligence, structuring, legal documentation, negotiation, and investment committee presentations
Fundraising support for the portfolio companies end to end

**Years Of Experience**

9 to 12 as a startup founder would be a plus OR working on the buy-side of a family office investments/ VC/PE firm/ KPO/ Big4 Consulting

**Qualification**
Required: UG - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Engineering
Preferred: CFA Level I cleared / Chartered Accountant / MBA / Masters
