We are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Executive/Trainee to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will assist in supporting the sales team by providing essential pre-sales support, including product demonstrations, research, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations and presentations to clients.
- Support the sales team in generating leads and identifying new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand product features and benefits.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Participate in customer meetings and discussions to gather requirements and provide insights.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with relevant information.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and sales strategies.
