Job Description:
We are looking for a hands-on Client Service and Account Management Specialist to manage high value accounts.
- Must have hand on experience working with US clients.
- Must have hand on experience in IT services industries.
Responsibilities:
- Manage new and existing clients with autonomy through the client lifecycle under the guidance of a Director or Senior Director
- Ensure that all client metrics/SLAs are met, and all clients are highly satisfied with the teams&apos performance.
- Build deep understanding clients industry, services, competitors, target market, messaging and more.
- Conducts weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews.
- Proactively conduct reporting progress/activities to/from clients and eases communication between internal teams about client needs.
- Demonstrates an attitude where they roll-up-their-sleeves and handle issues that arise.
- Achieves expectations for their team&aposs contribution to the Contractual KPIs for each account.
- Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction, supporting client communication, the overall management of the client relationship, and the delivery of the services.
- Maintains contact with client at an executive level, focusing on the strategic nature of the relationship.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis for campaign development.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling digital content, including whitepapers, blogs, website content, emails, scripts, ad copy, images, and videos.
- Extraordinarily strong understanding of Digital Marketing and Account based Marketing concepts, channels and tools including SEO, SEM, Social Media, Google Ads and Email Marketing.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, Timely delivery of projects and resolution of any projects and concern.
- Address and resolve client issues and concern in a prompt and effective manner.
- De-escalate issue by partnering with the team members and ensure prompt resolution.
- Working with Internal Stakeholders to devise a campaign that meets the client & brief and budget.
- Engage with Clients to understand their goals, target audience and desire outcome.
- Designing social media campaigns, creating social media content, and answering customers comments or questions (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Competitors analysis and market research.
- Helping the marketing team to follow up and improve the digital marketing strategy.
- Naming and implementing strategies for increasing site traffic through organic search listings.
- Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytic tools.
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Monitor the corporate website and social media pages and address clients queries

Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Client Service and Account Management Specialist
- Must have hand on experience with B2B clients.
- Must have experience of working with US clients.
- Must have experience of working with It Services clients.
- Hands-on experience with account based marketing and digital marketing.
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- MBA in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a relevant field
- Project management and team management experience is a plus.
