Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Manager - T&E In this role, you'll be performing of audits of expense reports in auditing tool. Responsibilities - Identify and escalate critical incidents with a strong sense of urgency and ownership - Provide updates, status, and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system, and/or users, via voice mail, e-mail, or in-person communication. - Use CONCUR skills to trouble-shoot configuration issues - (Preferable) - Collaborate with various cross-functional teams to resolve the issues - Handle customer requests within the prescribed SLA. Able to work in a competitive environment, meet the KPIs productivity quality and provide customer satisfaction Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualification / skills - Graduate/Post Graduate degree - Familiarity with the Oversight tool and its features, such as real-time expense monitoring and AI-powered insights - Ability to work with data analytics tools to identify trends, risks, and non-compliance - Knowledge of compliance requirements and ability to set up filters for suspicious transactions through Oversight tool. - Strong attention to detail to spot discrepancies, duplicate claims, or fraudulent activities - Developing strategies to enhance efficiency and prevent future issues - Awareness of industry-specific risks and regulatory requirements Preferred Qualification / skills - Understanding of basic knowledge on processes around Travel and Expense process i.e., CONCUR, T&E audits, statement reconciliation, dispute resolution, Delinquencies, terminations, Service NOW - Excellent communication skills over phone, email, and chat - Proactive problem solving, analytical mindset, and customer-centric approach - MS office tools like Excel, SNOW, and Outlook - Good team player - Flexible - Positive Attitude - Understands Travel and Expense process functionality and capabilities - - - - -
