Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Regional Manager to drive B2B educational sales across engineering, arts & science, and management institutions in Maharashtra. The role demands a strong network with college decision-makers, strategic sales ability, and proven experience in institutional sales. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales - Identify, target, and onboard engineering, arts, science, and management colleges across Maharashtra. - Promote company's training, skilling, and academic partnership programs to educational institutions. - Drive revenue growth through B2B institutional tie-ups and long-term partnerships. - Relationship Management - Leverage existing strong network with principals, deans, HODs, placement heads, and trustees. Build and maintain trusted relationships with educational leaders for repeat business. - Act as the primary point of contact for client institutions in the region. Market Expansion & Strategy - Develop and execute regional sales strategy in line with company goals. - Track competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities. - Represent the organization at academic summits, education fairs, and conferences. - Provide regular MIS reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management. Skills & Attributes: - Strong business acumen and consultative selling approach. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Willingness to travel extensively within the state.
