Job Summary We are seeking a result-oriented and strategic Zonal Sales Head to drive FMCG business expansion across multiple geographies The incumbent will be responsible for setting up and managing the complete zonal sales ecosystem - including channel development team building supply chain integration and Go-To-Market GTM execution The role demands a dynamic flexible leader capable of adapting to changing priorities and geographies in a fast scaling startup environment The ideal candidate must bring deep expertise in Supply Chain Management Distribution Networks and Leadership within the FMCG sector Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth profitability and market share at the zonal level - Lead channel development initiatives GT MT HoReCa Institutional from zero base building sustainable distribution channels - Conduct market mapping and onboard distributors stock as a core function to strengthen distribution reach - Take P L ownership at the zonal level ensuring accountability and financial discipline - Implement performance tracking through sales dashboards KPIs and periodic business reviews - Collaborate with logistics partners for last-mile fulfillment and supply chain efficiency - Drive competitive benchmarking and market intelligence reporting to identify growth opportunities and industry trends - Lead training and capability-building programs for field teams to enhance skill and productivity ref updazz com
