We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BDE Intern to join our team This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development using Java You will work alongside experienced developers learn best practices and contribute to real-world projects in a collaborative and supportive environment Please note that a one-time fee of 3 000 is taken for training which includes structured learning mentorship and project-based experience Successful interns will be offered a paid stipend of 8 000 per month after an initial 3-month unpaid evaluation period Tasks Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking cold calling and client meetings Understand client requirements and effectively communicate them to the technical team Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to plan and execute lead generation strategies Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities Assist in negotiating deals closing sales and achieving monthly quarterly revenue targets Coordinate with project managers and developers to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction Maintain and update CRM tools to track leads opportunities and client communication Continuously learn and stay updated on company services especially web and app development technologies to effectively pitch solutions to clients Requirements GRADUATION Suprix Solution s intensive 3-month bde Internship equips participants with essential skills in React technologies as well as hands-on experience handling live projects Throughout the program participants receive personalized guidance from a dedicated mentor Upon successful completion participants earn a certificate of completion validating their acquired expertise Ongoing performance evaluations determine which successful interns will be offered a full-time internship with a Rs 7 000 monthly stipend Suprix Solution Suprix Solution is a trusted technology partner dedicated to helping businesses achieve their digital transformation goals We focus on understanding our clients unique needs and delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and improve efficiency Our team of skilled professionals works collaboratively with clients to ensure project success providing end-to-end support from concept to deployment and beyond
