Responsibilities - Lead the planning and execution of programs within the Medicare and Medicaid Claims domain to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Oversee program governance and communication strategies to maintain transparency and stakeholder engagement. - Manage program budgets costs and profitability to ensure financial objectives are met. - Coordinate resource management activities to optimize program efficiency and effectiveness. - Develop comprehensive program plans that outline scope timelines and deliverables. - Monitor program progress and performance to identify and mitigate risks proactively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive program success and achieve desired outcomes. - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program status and key metrics. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards to maintain program integrity. - Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to foster collaboration. - Utilize technical skills in program governance and communication to enhance program delivery. - Apply domain expertise in Medicare and Medicaid Claims to address program-specific challenges. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program processes and outcomes. Qualifications - Possess extensive experience in program governance and communication within the healthcare sector. - Demonstrate strong budgeting and cost management skills to ensure program profitability. - Exhibit proficiency in resource management and program planning techniques. - Have a deep understanding of Medicare and Medicaid Claims processes and regulations. - Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision. - Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Hold a proven track record of successful program management in complex environments. Certifications Required PMP Certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
