What Youll Do

As a Program Manager at PreludeSys, you will:

  • Lead Programs End-to-End: Oversee multiple Salesforce projects, defining program goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate Across Stakeholders: Partner with enterprise customers, internal teams, and vendors to align program execution with business outcomes.
  • Enable Salesforce Success: Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce capabilities (Marketing Cloud, Data Analytics) to optimize platform usage and adoption.
  • Manage Execution: Coordinate developers, business analysts, administrators, and end-users across projects; track progress, dependencies, and risks; ensure prompt resolution.
  • Communicate Effectively: Provide regular leadership updates, program dashboards, and executive presentations to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Drive Best Practices: Champion Agile methodologies, enforce governance, and promote continuous improvement across delivery teams.

Your Skillset

Were looking for an experienced Salesforce program leader with deep expertise in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. Must-haves include:

  • Experience: 1015 years in enterprise program/project management, with significant Salesforce implementation experience.
  • Domain Expertise:
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Data Extensions.
  • Marketing Cloud Connect Core CRM integrations, AMPscript, SQL for Marketing Cloud, automation processes.
  • Salesforce Platform Knowledge: Configuration, role hierarchy, sharing rules, security model, reports, and dashboards.
  • Program Management Skills: Proficiency in Agile methodologies, project tracking using JIRA, risk/issue management, and cross-team leadership.
  • Communication & Leadership: Ability to present complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences, while leading multiple projects simultaneously.

Good to Have

  • Domain knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation programs.
