Our 4LS/NPI team is responsible for the foundational Support used by various Nokia teams and Nokia´s customers.
As a Platforms Engineering 4LS/NPI Engineer in the team, you will be responsible for 4th level support after product release is completed, integrating and testing products and supporting application developers in optimizing their workloads for the system. You need to have proven coding skills as before product release date you will be part of development team, typical skills needed in this area are profound understanding of some or all of following: GO, k8s, OpenTelemetry, VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus, OpenSearch, Grafana and SRE concept.
- As a Program Manager, you will lead agile software program execution across multiple product lines and stakeholder groups. You will be responsible for:
- Drive end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery using Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
- Coordinate across R&D, architecture, product management, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Manage dependencies, risks, and escalations across complex software programs.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, retrospectives, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure transparency and traceability through program dashboards, KPIs, and metrics.
- Support the adoption of cloud-native and DevOps practices across ngDS (Next Generation Dimensioning Solution) teams.
You have:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 17+ years of experience in software program management, with at least 5 years in Agile environments.
- Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) are highly desirable.
- Proven experience in Agile Program Management within software development environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business domains.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with Nokia's CSF ecosystem and support models is a plus.
