Job Description Business Development Executive (Perfume Industry Background Preferred) Location: Okhla, New Delhi Salary Package: 30,000 35,000 per month About Lab of Scents Lab of Scents is a leading perfume manufacturing and brand creation company, crafting premium fragrances for established and emerging brands. We specialize in end-to-end perfume development from concept and formulation to filling and packaging. Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Executive with a passion for fragrances and a flair for client relationship building. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in the perfume, cosmetics, or lifestyle industry, and the ability to identify business opportunities, close deals, and manage client communication effectively. Key Responsibilities - Generate and manage new business leads through B2B outreach, networking, and digital platforms - Connect with perfume brands, private labels, exporters, and distributors for potential collaborations - Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients - Coordinate internally for proposals, quotations, and sample requirements - Track industry trends, competitor activity, and market insights - Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 13 years of experience in business development or client servicing - Perfume, cosmetics, or FMCG industry background preferred - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Confident, proactive, and result-oriented Why Join Lab of Scents - Work closely with top perfume and lifestyle brands - Be part of a fast-growing, creative, and dynamic industry - Opportunity to grow into a senior client-facing or brand management role
