Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive Energy Storage Solutions

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our team focused on energy storage and power backup products in key market segments such as solar rooftop, UPS/inverter, lead-acid battery, and DG sets (15 KVA to 50 KVA).

The product line includes innovative solutions combining inverters, batteries, solar hybrid systems, IoT/AI integration, and modern aesthetics, designed for a 12-year lifecycle.

As part of the sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with B2B and B2C clients. This role involves both strategic planning and field-level execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across relevant sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, dealers, and distributors.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and provide technical guidance.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and support customer needs.
- Appoint and manage dealers/distributors in assigned regions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competition, and market developments.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree or B.Tech required.
- Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.
- Prior experience in power backup, energy storage, solar, or related industries is preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, with strong account management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and convey value to clients effectively.
